Alice Solar City incentive vouchers are only valid for goods and services supplied and installed by a company on the Alice Solar City Registered Suppliers List. All of the Registered Suppliers have agreed to accept Alice Solar City incentive vouchers as part payment for eligible energy efficiency goods and services. To obtain a list of the registered suppliers for any incentive contact the Smart Living Centre.
Please note that you will only be to claim the incentive if you have registered with Alice Solar City and had you home energy survey prior to the work being carried out.
Incentive vouchers are not able to be utilised for DIY work carried out by householders. The only exception is for the incentives Replace light bulbs with low energy bulbs, install a swimming pool cover roller and Replace old fridge or freezer. Under these incentives, householders are able to purchase approved products from a Registered Supplier and install themselves.
If you know a tradesperson whom you would like to undertake the work but who isn't currently registered with Alice Solar City, encourage them to contact the Smart Living Centre to find out how to become a Registered Supplier. Registration is free and quick process.
Is your business registered for inclusion in our Residential Incentive Program?
Alice Solar City welcomes new suppliers and installers to participate in the program. If you are wanting to install insulation, you will also need to download the supplementary pack to install insulation.
